Who we are

Site Prizm builds and hosts websites for small businesses. Our address is 1207 Delaware Ave #2496, Wilmington, DE 19806. You can reach us at hello@siteprizm.com.

What we collect

• The business details and photos you submit to get a preview of your site.
• The contact details and email address you enter on our forms.
• Payment details. Stripe handles these. We never store your card number.
• Basic site logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open.

How we use it

• To build and host your website.
• To send your preview link and other emails about your service.
• To take payment and give support.
• To follow the law and keep records the law requires.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, for payments.
• Cloudflare, for hosting, email delivery and the check on our forms that tells people from bots.
• Google, for our email inbox and for business search data we use to find and contact businesses.
• Our AI writing providers, who help write your site copy. We send them business details only.

We do not sell your information.

Email we send to businesses

We may email a business about a website preview we made for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "stop." We honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

When someone opens a preview we made, we record the visit: the time, the pages viewed, how long and how far down the page, the type of device and browser, the approximate location from the network, a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of the network address, and taps on the phone number. We use this only to decide whether and when to follow up about that preview. Our emails do not contain tracking pixels or tracked links. Websites we host for paying customers do not record their visitors this way.

Our email list

The preview form has a box you can check to get updates about your website, your account and our other products and services. It is never checked for you. We keep a record of when you said yes. You can leave the list at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and storage needed to run the site and its forms. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep data

We keep your details while your site is hosted. After that we keep what we need for legal and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data. Email hello@siteprizm.com and we will reply.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We post updates on this page and change the date at the top.
